Body Text Use keywords and phrases in the Body text, Your body text should contain a keyword frequency of between one and six, a word count between three and four hundred and a keyword prominence of about 50%.
JavaScripts Place any JavaScript or CSS Style Sheets in external files
Sitemap Create a sitemap and link to a site map page from every page. Use A HREF text Links for any site Navigation.
Keyword content Place a reliable testimonial in the footer of each Web page which includes your most important keywords.
